We can work with you and your financial advisor to assist in choosing the ways you may want to give. Discover the many possible ways to include the American Macular Degeneration Foundation in your plans.

The AMDF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, publicly supported organization. Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Corporate Matching Gifts - Double Your Support

Many companies will match your contributions to non-profit organizations. Your gift to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation can go twice as far if you ask your employer for a Corporate Matching Gift Form. Just fill out your company's form and send it along with your donation to the AMDF.

Donations Through United Way

The American Macular Degeneration Foundation wishes to thank those of you who made donations to us through your local United Way.

If you would like to make a donation to the AMDF through the United Way, please contact your local United Way agency and ask them for details.
