My name is pattie and I am 41. I went in for an eye examine
because of what my friends said I had floaters in my
right eye. The doctor examined me and showed me a light
which was bent with further testing he found my retina
was swollen and set me up with a retina doctor in a week
to have some dye shot up in my veins to check for leakage
in my eye. Needless to say my heart was striken with fear
and still is because at child hood my left eye was left
blinded by an accident. The fear is not dominant but
I seek someone who can share maybe a simular experience.
Maybe my fears are to premature, but maybe a shared experience
will be somewhat comforting to my lack of the unexpected
and unknown.
