Perhaps you are referring to CORNEAL transplant which is available for corneal disease specifically. Doctor Ralph

I'm looking for someone who has had the macular translocation surgery. My dad is to go to Duke University soon to be evaluated. Hopefully he will be a candidate for it.

Has anyone else with macular degeneration found that every time they have to undergo general anesthesia that they have additional vision loss? Is there something in the anesthesia that causes it?
