I am interested in a surgical technique developed by Dr. David Wong of Royal Liverpool University Hospital in England, which has been described as repositioning the damaged part of the retina.
Would you have any information about this procedure, or how to find out about it on the Net, which I have been unable to do?
Thank you for your assistance.
