Foods High In Zeaxanthin

Zeaxanthin is a carotenoid found in many foods, and understood to be one of the most important to eye health when you are at risk for, or already have, age-related macular degeneration. While zeaxanthin is included in the AREDS II formula, and other reputable macular health supplements, you should consider getting nutrients from food. Click below for a comprehensive list of foods containing Zeaxanthin. (Please note this will take you to a PDF.)
